Who wants to make a bargain?

So I'll make this short sweet and to the point. As I browse so many of your websites and blogs, I'm envious of these great family pictures you have in front of place you've been. So often our travel pictures are only of Paul and Tristan, because I'm taking the pictures. Occasionally Paul takes the camera and then there's a picture of me. Very rarely do we have a picture of the three of us in one picture. I can't tell you how many times I've urged Paul to ask "the french speaking couple", and how many times I've stood there looking for someone (who looked like they might speak English) to take the picture. After all of that, when you finally do find someone and they botch your picture, you don't have the nerve to ask them to take a better one. So, on our last trip to Barcelona I told Paul that I would love for someone to come out here, just so we could have someone to take some decent pictures of us when we traveled. I would love for that person to be family and or friends, but I'm getting a little desperate. Is there anyone, anyone at all interested? I would love to make it worth your while!

I'll do it for you if you do it for me :) I too have not friends to cart around while we see things over here. I just had this same conversation with my hubby. I feel your pain :(

I would love to come take your pictures, but it would be much cheaper for you to buy a little tripod and pack it in your stroller.

Oh, man, I wish I could take pictures for you. You guys are living my traveling dreams.

If you visit London, call up my brother and he will take pics for you.

DITTO! You said it! I'm basically a disappearing act in our travel photos, years later the kiddo's will ask, "Did we really have a mommy?".

Next time take a little tripod and learn how to set the timer. THat way you are in control of framing the shot AND you won't depend on others. Make sure it is a small one so that you are lugging a tripod all over. If you don't want to mess with the tripod, just find a place to set your camera down like a wall or backpack?!

I wish I could tell you we were comming to Germany...I'd take your pics for you! Alas...we're moving to Vegas...so I think that would be a touch too expensive. We always arange a friend swap...I frame and crop the pics and let them snap it for me after I've jumped in. Good luck!

Hey, I don't even have far to go...I would love to go on some trips except I can't find a place for my half pints. But I am the same--very few pictures of me.

Me me! :) Someday I'll make it to Europe. And I totally know what you mean about them botching up the picture. It's like they've never used a camera before :)

We will make it over there again some time. Maybe even while you are still there. Need personal paparazzi, no problem.
